- What is a fabric rubber stamp?
A fabric rubber stamp is a custom-made stamp designed for printing on textiles such as cotton, linen, canvas, and other natural fabrics. It is commonly used for clothing labels, handmade garments, tote bags, cushions, and craft projects.
- How do I upload my logo or artwork?
You can upload your logo directly on the product page using the upload button before adding the stamp to your basket. If you have multiple files or special instructions, you can also attach them at checkout or email them after placing your order.
- What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF provide the best results, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files also work well.
- What resolution should my logo be?
For best results, we recommend files at 300 DPI or higher. Clear, high-contrast artwork produces the sharpest fabric impressions.
- Can you check my artwork before making the stamp?
Yes. Every design is reviewed to ensure it is suitable for fabric stamping. If lines are too thin, text is too small, or the file quality is low, we will contact you before production.
- Can you make adjustments to my logo?
We can make small adjustments such as converting to black and white, cleaning edges, or adjusting line thickness. More complex changes may require a small design fee.
- What type of stamp can I choose?
Fabric stamps are supplied as wooden rubber stamps, which allow you to use specialist fabric ink pads.
- Is the ink washable?
Yes. When used with proper fabric ink and heat-set according to the ink manufacturer’s instructions, the print becomes washable and long-lasting.
- How do I heat-set fabric ink?
Most fabric inks are heat-set by ironing over the stamped area (with a cloth placed on top) for the time and temperature specified on the ink packaging.
- What fabrics work best with fabric stamps?
Natural fabrics such as cotton, linen, and canvas give the best results. Synthetic fabrics may produce less sharp impressions.
- What surfaces can I stamp on besides fabric?
Fabric stamps can also be used on paper and card with standard ink pads, but they are primarily designed for textile use.
- Are your stamps eco-friendly?
Yes. Our wooden stamps are made using responsibly sourced wood, and fabric inks are available in water-based, non-toxic options.
- Can I see a proof before printing?
If you request a proof, we are happy to send one before production. Standard orders are produced based on the uploaded file unless a proof is requested.
- What if I am not happy with my stamp?
If there is an error on our side, we will replace the stamp free of charge. Because custom stamps are personalised, we cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes or artwork errors supplied by the customer.
- Why choose a fabric rubber stamp?
Fabric stamps are a cost-effective, reusable, and eco-friendly way to brand textiles, label handmade items, and personalise clothing and accessories.
