Do rubber stamps come with ink pads?
Only our stamp kits come with an ink pad, otherwise, all our ink pads are sold separately.
I am unsure if my design will work as a stamp?
We can convert approx 95% of logos into stamps, our engravers are top of the range and will pick up very fine detailing and we will always contact you if there is ever an issue with your design.
Which part of my logo will be the stamped / embossed part?
As a rule of thumb, we work with positive and negative space in artwork: the black or dark areas of your logo are what will appear when stamped.
I need a specific size stamp, how do I request this?
Please choose the stamp size closest to what you need. For example, if your design is 38mm, select 40mm (not 30mm, as that would be too small). Then, add the exact size you’d like in the Notes to Seller box at checkout.
Will my design be the full size of the stamp area?
We make all stamps to the full size of the stamp size ordered unless a specific size is added in the order comments section at the checkout.
Please note we can only make them within the proportion of your image. So if you select a 50mm x 30mm stamp for instance and your design is 50mm x 25mm then we will make the design 50mm x 25mm without stretching the image out of proportion.
Are your stamps made in the UK?
Yes—Absolutely! We ship globally from both our UK and US facilities, ensuring quick delivery wherever you are.
Can I stamp on fabric?
Absolutely! Use a handled wooden fabric stamp along with one of our VersaCraft ink pads designed for fabric. For durability, heat‑set the ink after stamping to make it machine‑washable.
How long do self-inking stamps last?
Our self-inking stamps should give you around 2,000 impressions. When the pad runs dry, you can easily purchase replacement pads from our accessories range.
How do I upload my logo or artwork for a stamp?
You can upload your artwork directly on the product listing when placing your order. We accept almost any file format (JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, etc.) — the most important thing is that it’s high quality so we can produce a crisp, professional stamp. If you’re unsure whether your file will work, just send it over and we’ll check it for you.
I’m not sure what stamp size I need?
The size of the stamp depends on what the stamp is being used for and how prominent you want your stamp to be on the item. The best way to decide on the size of the stamp is to measure it out on the object itself and select a size from the dropdown menu closest to it. You can always leave me a message in the notes to seller box during checkout stating the exact size you would like. After you've made your purchase, I can send you a digital proof of the stamp that is 100% true to scale so you can double-check the size and see if you are happy with it.

A clay and soap acrylic stamp is a custom-designed stamp made from acrylic that imprints patterns, textures, or a logo into soft materials like polymer clay, air-dry clay, and soap.
What materials can I use this stamp on?
You can use it on a range of craft materials including: Polymer clay, Air-dry clay, Cold process soap, Melt & pour soap, Wax and fondant (for non-edible soap art)
Tip: Always clean the stamp thoroughly between materials to avoid residue transfer.
How do I use my acrylic stamp with clay or soap?
Using your stamp is simple:
- Prepare your clay or soap surface (smooth & slightly tacky).
- Place the stamp where you want the design.
- Press evenly—don’t twist!
- Lift straight up to reveal your beautiful imprint.
For soap, stamp after pouring but before the soap fully sets.

What is the processing time?
Processing time for the stamp is 1-2 days after receiving confirmation of your proof(if requested).
Shipping times for the UK are 2-4 working days.*
Shipping times for the US are 4-9 working days.*

Do you have express shipping?
We offer an express delivery service on all orders placed before 12 pm during checkout. Please make sure to select the correct shipping profile.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders must be cancelled or altered within a few hours of purchase. Because we begin production the same day, changes beyond that window are not possible.
What is your return policy?
As our items are personalised just for you, we do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. If an item arrives with an issue, please get in touch right away so we can make it right.
