- How do I upload my logo or artwork?
You can upload your logo directly on the product page using the upload button before adding the stamp to your basket. If you have multiple files or special instructions, you can also attach them at checkout or email them to us after placing your order.

- What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS files. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF give the best results, but high-resolution PNG or JPG files also work well.

- What resolution should my logo be?
For best results, we recommend files at 300 DPI or higher. If your file is low resolution, we will let you know before production and advise if improvements are needed.

- Can you check my artwork before making the stamp?
Yes. Every design is reviewed by our team to ensure it is suitable for stamping. If there are any issues such as lines too thin, text too small, or low resolution, we will contact you before proceeding.

- Can you make adjustments to my logo?
We can make small adjustments such as converting to black and white, cleaning edges, or adjusting line thickness. More complex design changes may incur a small fee.

- What size stamps do you offer?
We offer a range of stamp sizes. You can choose your preferred size from the options on the product page. If you are unsure which size works best for your logo, upload your file and we will advise.

- What type of stamp can I choose?
You can choose between a wooden rubber stamp or a self-inking stamp with a built-in ink pad.

- Can I change ink colour later?
Yes. Self-inking stamps use replaceable ink pads, so you can switch colours or refresh the ink at any time. Wooden stamps require a separate external ink pad.

- What surfaces can I stamp on?
Our stamps work well on paper, cardstock, kraft packaging, envelopes, and cardboard boxes. For non-porous surfaces such as plastic, metal, or glass, a specialist ink is required.

- Are your stamps eco-friendly?
Yes. Our wooden stamps are made using responsibly sourced wood, and our self-inking stamps use refillable ink pads to reduce waste.

- Can I see a proof before printing?
If you request a proof, we are happy to send one before production. Standard orders are produced based on the uploaded file unless a proof is requested.

- What if I am not happy with my stamp?
If there is an error on our side, we will replace the stamp free of charge. Because custom stamps are personalised, we cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes or artwork errors supplied by the customer.
