Returns & Order Issues
We truly appreciate your business and want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because most of our products are personalised and made especially for you, we’ve outlined our return policy below so everything is clear and transparent.

Personalised Items
All personalised items and services are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive defective or damaged, or an error has been made on our end.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can look into it and make things right. Any exchange or replacement is subject to our assessment of the issue.

Return Eligibility
If a return is approved, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Cancellations
If your order has not yet gone into production, you may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, cancellations requested after this time cannot be accepted, as work may already have begun on your personalized item.

Exceptions
Some products or services may have specific return conditions, which will always be clearly stated on the product page or service description.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable), we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the payment.
