Our personalised embosser plate creates a raised impression of your logo or text. No ink pad required.
- Throat depth (from edge of paper to nearest point of embossing): 21mm.
- Recommended maximum paper weight: 200gsm.
- Enter the text you require in the boxes and/or upload your artwork.
- Suitable for both small and large businesses.
- The logo embosser is used on official certificates, business stationery, invitations, and business packaging.
For thicker materials, our heavy-duty embosser is designed to make clean impressions on paper up to 300gsm.

Would you like to check your stamp size and layout before we make it? Simply request a digital proof by leaving a note in the “Notes to Seller” box at checkout or, where available, in the “Further Instructions” box on the listing. We’ll send your proof before production so you can make sure everything looks right.
Please note:
- Your proof is created on A4 and printed at 100% true scale, so you can check that the stamp size is right for you.
- A proof is a size and layout guide, rather than a realistic mockup of how the finished stamp or impression will look.
- We’ll aim to send your proof as quickly as possible, but please allow an additional 2–3 working days to your estimated delivery time.
- Production will wait for your approval, so responding promptly will help avoid any delays. If we haven’t heard from you within 5 business days, we’ll go ahead and produce and ship your order as shown on the proof.
- We’re happy to make size or wording adjustments if needed. If you’d like changes to the design itself that differ from the original template or artwork supplied, an additional design fee may apply depending on the work involved.
- Please check the wording, spelling and details carefully before approving your proof, as production will begin once it has been approved.
