Design a personalised text stamp with our easy-to-use online design tool. Perfect for adding a handmade touch to your stationery, packaging, envelopes, planners, journals, gift tags, cards, and everyday marketing materials — also ideal for creating your own custom address stamp or signature stamp.
Important Information
The stamp size you choose from the drop-down menu will determine how much text can fit on your design. Simpler font styles work best at smaller sizes.
As a general guide for our smaller stamp sizes:
- 20mm: 6–8 characters per line | 2–3 lines
- 30mm: 10–12 characters per line | 3–4 lines
- 40mm: 14–16 characters per line | 4–5 lines
- 50mm: 18–22 characters per line | 5–6 lines
- 70mm: 26–30 characters per line | 7–8 lines
- 80mm: 30–34 characters per line | 8–9 lines
- 90mm: 34–38 characters per line | 9–10 lines
These are guidelines only, and we’re always happy to help if you’d like advice before placing your order.
Digital Proof: During checkout, you can leave a note requesting a digital proof in the “Notes to Seller” box. A proof will be sent to you before production to ensure you’re happy with the size and layout.

For custom stamps, production time begins after the design is finalized + approved by you. Designs that require multiple edits or back-and-forth messages before approval will be delayed by the same # of days.
How does the sizing work?
Stamps are sized according to the dimensions of your design(s). For example, a 5x 5cm stamp will be made with your design at 5cm on its largest side.
Here's a quick guide on how to decide the size of your stamp:
1. 1,5cm only work for Monograms. If you want to stamp a logo or anything with text, choose a minimum stamp size of 3cm.
2. Measure how big you want your stamp to be on the item you will be stamping on and select the closest size up.
If you like a specific size, just leave me a message in the notes to seller box during checkout.
3. If you like to make sure the stamp is exactly the size you want, request a DIGITAL PROOFin the personalisation box. I will send you a proof of your stamp. This proof is true to scalewhen printed at 100%.
Can I change the font or add text to a custom design?
Yes - as long as it is already a custom stamp. All my items are made with love and can be personalised, just leave me a little message during checkout stating what you would like and I will make it happen :)! I don’t create new designs from scratch.
