If you’d like to change or update your design in the future, you can order an extra embosser plat e without replacing the full embosser. For thicker materials, our heavy-duty embosser is designed to make clean impressions on paper up to 300gsm.

You place the paper between the embosser plates and squeeze the handles (or press down if it’s a desk model). This creates a clean, professional raised impression of your design.

- What materials can be embossed?
Our handheld Custom logo embosser works best on paper, card, envelopes, book pages, and light stock up to 120–200gsm. They are not designed for thick materials like cardboard or plastic.

- Can I upload my own logo or artwork?
Yes — you can upload your own logo, monogram, or design file. We accept images or vector files (JPG, PDF, PNG, SVG, EPS, AI) for the best engraving results.

- What sizes and orientations can I choose?
Embossers come in multiple sizes and shapes (35mm, 40mm, 47mm x 22mm) and can be aligned from the top, bottom, left, or right of the page — perfect for envelopes, letterheads, or books. Please select your preferences in the dropdown menu's above.

- Do I need extra accessories or ink?
No! Unlike traditional stamps, embossers don’t require ink pads, foil, or inkers — the impression is created purely by pressure on the paper.
